Hello, my name is Rita (Ludwick) Black. I have been with Altman Real
Estate Agency, Inc. since 1992. Prior to my real estate career,
I elected to attend Lenape Vo-Tech my Jr. & Sr. year of high school
where I studied Marketing Education/Accounting and participated in Pennsylvania
County, District and State Distributive Clubs of America Conventions and
was a member of the National Honor Society. I graduated the 1989
class salutatorian. I attended six years of evening classes at Butler
County Community College working towards an associate degree in Finance/Accounting,
while working full time at the local radio station. I received my
real estate license in January, 1996. I currently handle the rental
management and secretary duties for Altman Real Estate Agency, Inc. and
sell real estate in my spare time away from the office. I also enjoy
making candles, spending time outdoors and being with family and friends.
After graduation in July of 1989, I was married to Steven Black and purchased
a home in NuMine, Pa (near Rural Valley) where we resided for 9 years.
In December 1998 we moved to Manor Twp., Ford City.
